3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 oil-packed, sun-dried tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons water or dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
To make vinaigrette: Combine vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, honey, water, pepper, cumin, salt and pepper in blender. Blend until smooth. Drizzle in oil; blend. Set aside.
