  BSI-ISO 9000-2001 CERTIFICATION  
  Certification is a procedure by which a third party gives written assurance that a product, process or service conforms to specified requirements.

This has helped us in quantitative and qualitative assessment and measurement of each and every process along with the documentation, quality manuals and controls being established.
  2. Management Responsibility – various levels of management are trained to identify the need for specific policies, objectives and review systems and set the same to ensure accountability at every level. Intra and inter departmental communications have been effectively deployed.
